Rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is refusing to beef up his security or leave Florida after being severely beaten in the bathroom of a gym on Tuesday. Sources close to him said the ex-con is not worried about another attack and wants to return to his normal life in South Florida. Tekashi 6ix9ine was rushed to the hospital after being pounced on by three or four attackers. The brutal attack left his face bloodied and bruised. The incident happened in LA Fitness and CCTV footage suggests that the attackers had a plan to find him there. The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office confirmed that he was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Tekashi 6ix9ine rose to fame because of his run-ins with the law, including being convicted of using a child in a sexual performance in 2015. In 2019, he avoided decades behind bars after snitching on his former Bloods gang pals. While his fans have been rallying in his support, many are still scrutinizing him on social media for his wrongdoings. Some are saying that his past is finally catching up to him, including the recent gym attack. Despite everything, Tekashi is not backing down and wants to live his life on his own terms.
In today’s world, where violence and crime are prevalent, it is imperative to take your security seriously. While one may admire Tekashi’s courage and determination in the face of danger, his nonchalant attitude towards his security is rather concerning. Crime does not come announced, and one always needs to be prepared for the worst. Tekashi needs to realize that his life is precious, and his fans love him, so he needs to take all necessary precautions to protect himself. After all, prevention is always better than cure.
